JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago is seeking a Product Manager for Core Cash Fraud Prevention to lead end-to-end product lifecycle and deliver customer value through scalable fraud solutions.

You will drive discovery, strategy, and execution with cross-functional teams across payments, data science, and compliance. The role emphasizes building a platform with robust detection capabilities, regulatory compliance, and measurable success metrics, while balancing customer experience and risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities (discovery to value management).
• Minimum 3 years FinTech experience with banking payments (Wires, ACH, Real Time Payments, ISO 20022).
• Experience with fraud detection systems and patterns; fraud prevention expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of a new Global Fraud Consortium data platform and rules for core cash channels.
• Develop product strategy and vision aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Conduct discovery, market research, threat analysis, and competitive benchmarking for roadmap.
• Own and refine product backlog to support strategic roadmap using Agile methods.
• Track KPIs: cost, features, risk posture, reliability, fraud detection, false positives.
• Analyze fraud trends and victim risk to balance prevention with customer experience.
• Collaborate with data science to deploy ML models benefiting the platform.
• Design fraud controls compliant with regional regulations and audit trails.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, risk teams globally to meet regulatory standards.
