JPMorganChase is seeking a Core Cash Fraud Prevention Product Manager - Payments (VP+) in Chicago to lead end-to-end product development for fraud prevention in core cash channels. You will shape product strategy, oversee discovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include building a data platform, partnering with data science for ML models, and ensuring regulatory alignment across US/EMEA/APAC.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management or related field.
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading end-to-end product life cycles from discovery to delivery.
• 3+ years in FinTech with payments domain knowledge (Wires, ACH, RTP, ISO 20022).
• Experience with fraud detection systems and fraud patterns in payments ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Agile development and writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of regional payment regulations and fraud reporting obligations.
• Experience with API design and web service protocols.

• Lead design and rollout of a Global Fraud data platform and rules to improve detection across payments channels.
• Define product strategy and align it with risk appetite and business goals.
• Conduct discovery and market research to identify customer needs and roadmap opportunities.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog using Agile practices.
• Track key metrics: cost, features, risk, reliability, and fraud effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data science to deploy ML models for the platform.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation for audits.
