Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent domain.
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle, design and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value.
• Experience with large-scale system migrations in payments/finances.
• Able to translate tech requirements into scalable solutions with engineering.
• Exceptional communication to align stakeholders on priorities.
• Analytical with ability to leverage data to improve fraud outcomes.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to feed the roadmap.
• Owns backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value.
• Builds framework and tracks KPIs: cost, features, risk, reliability.
• Leads migration of fraud screening from legacy to modern platforms.
• Defines plans for early-stage fraud screening to mitigate risks.
• Partners with engineering to design fraud checkpoints for efficiency.
• Collaborates to create migration roadmaps with minimal disruption.
• Identifies opportunities to improve scalability and resiliency.
• Incorporates client feedback and best practices for workflows.
• Uses data-driven insights to drive fraud prevention innovations.
