Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President within Electronic Money Movement Fraud Prevention to lead strategies protecting customers and the firm from fraud across wires, ACH, Zelle, RTP, and emerging payments. You will develop and execute fraud prevention strategies balancing protection, risk, and growth.

You will partner with Fraud, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Product, Technology, Operations, and Executive Leadership to identify threats, modernize capabilities, and drive enterprise fraud risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fraud prevention, financial crimes, risk, payments, or related areas.
• Experience leading large teams and complex operations in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of fraud schemes, account takeover, authentication, and payment risk.
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise-level risk mitigation and growth strategies.
• Strong data-driven, analytical and strategic thinking with metrics.
• Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading organizational change and innovation.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale fraud operations and customer protection programs with risk management and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Controls, and Compliance to design and govern fraud prevention capabilities.
• Monitor fraud trends and regulatory developments to identify risks and implement controls.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable business strategies and investment priorities.
• Lead organizational transformation to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Develop leadership teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Establish KPI, risk metrics to ensure execution of strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on governance and audits.
