Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President, Business Analysis Manager to lead a high-performing team driving operational efficiency and fraud initiatives within CIB Payments Operations. You will guide data analysis, automation, and governance across Core Cash and Commercial Card, partnering with Product, Risk, Technology, and Compliance to land changes without disruption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data, analytics, or tech roles focused on fraud/risk/ops.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and capacity planning.
• Strong data storytelling with complex datasets.
• Advanced automation/BI skills to improve processes and controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysis Associates; set goals and caree r development.
• Own roadmap for Reporting & Analytics across Core Cash and Commercial Card; align with Product/Risk/Operations.
• Drive analytics, detect fraud trends, quantify impact, and explain models to leadership.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines from sourcing to consumption; automate ETL.
• Lead testing, UAT, releases, and audit-ready documentation.
• Deliver reporting and dashboards for fraud controls and client experience.
• Strengthen controls and governance; promote standardization and reuse.
• Manage delivery SLAs and stakeholder communications; handle escalations.
• Champion agile ceremonies and hiring/onboarding for resilient coverage.
