Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Product Manager for Core Cash Fraud Prevention to lead end-to-end product life cycles, voice the customer, and deliver value through scalable, reliable solutions.

You will drive discovery, strategy, and execution across cross-functional teams, embed ML insights, and ensure compliance with global regulations while maintaining strong client experiences in fast-moving payments environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Strong knowledge of the product development life cycle and data analytics.
• Experience leading discovery, ideation, and value management in fintech.
• Minimum 3 years of Financial Technology experience with payments domain knowledge.
• Experience with fraud detection systems and patterns.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding regional payment regulations and fraud reporting obligations.
• Experience with API design and service protocols (Swagger, SOAP/JSON).
• SQL and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, and implementation of a Global Fraud data platform and rules for wires, ACH, RTP, and future payments.
• Develops product strategy and vision delivering customer value aligned with risk appetite.
• Manages discovery and market research to identify solutions and integrate into roadmaps.
• Owns the product backlog and supports the strategic roadmap using Agile.
• Tracks key success metrics: cost, features, risk, reliability, detection rates, false positives.
• Analyzes fraud trends and vectors to improve detection while balancing customer experience.
• Collaborates with data science to deploy ML models on the platform.
• Designs detection/prevention mechanisms complying with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with compliance, legal, risk teams to meet regulatory standards and audit trails.
