Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration seeks a visionary Vice President of Capture to lead and oversee capture strategies and bid-wins across business units. You will report to senior leadership and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align pursuits with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Capture and proposal management/writing skills.
• Experience pursuing and winning Full and Open (F&O) opportunities.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience using multiple government contracting websites/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity assessment, strategy development, and pursuit coordination.
• Develop and present capture plans to executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute capture strategies.
• Provide surge support for capture, proposal management, and content development.
• Support marketing collateral and partner relations in pursuit activities.
• Lead competitive analysis and assist Price to Win development.
• Drive recruitment and staffing for key personnel for bids.
