You will partner closely with senior leaders and technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and turn strategy into measurable results through process redesign and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business transformation with substantial impact
• Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments
• Financial services sector experience preferred (insurance or banking)
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, CBTP, or Six Sigma

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a VP Business Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will lead enterprise transformation efforts that support growth, improve execution, and strengthen operational performance across the business. The VP will partner closely with senior leaders and technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and turn strategy into measurable results. A strong focus will be placed on process redesign, data-driven decision-making, and change management in a complex B2B environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $175,000 – $240,000 annually

Responsibilities
