Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Finance Operations & Transformation to lead a global finance operations function focused on process excellence, efficiency, and scalable transformation.

The role partners with finance and business leaders to improve transactional performance, strengthen controls, and support profitable growth. Location is remote with US-based candidates only; compensation ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 per year.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Finance Operations & Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This executive will lead a global finance operations function with a focus on process excellence, operational efficiency, and scalable transformation.

The role will partner closely with finance, commercial, and business leaders to improve transactional performance, strengthen controls, and support profitable growth.

In addition, this leader will serve as a trusted advisor on deal structuring and pricing strategy while driving modernization through automation and AI-enabled tools.

As a senior finance leader, this individual will build and develop high-performing teams, identify opportunities to simplify manual work, and elevate the overall effectiveness of finance operations across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually
