Ladders is seeking a VP Business Transformation to lead enterprise transformation across a leader in the Finance and Insurance space. This remote role is US-based with no visa sponsorship.

You will partner closely with senior leaders and technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and turn strategy into measurable results through process redesign and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business transformation with substantial impact
• Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments
• Financial services sector experience preferred (insurance or banking)
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, CBTP, or Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives to achieve business unit growth objectives
• Collaborate with leaders to identify high-impact initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
• Design and execute transformation programs through cross-functional team coordination
• Oversee process redesign focused on data-driven thinking and technology enablement
• Facilitate deployment of innovative solutions through prioritization and collaboration with technology leaders
• Analyze and diagnose complex business problems using data-driven insights
• Implement change management strategies to drive stakeholder engagement and cultural alignment
