Sedgwick, a global leader in risk and claims management, seeks a Vice President of Business Development to expand top-line growth by building strategic client relationships across the United States and guiding partnerships that drive revenue for major brands. You will lead client engagement, solution selling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact.

This remote-capable role offers travel as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Business Administration, Finance or Risk Management preferred.
• Ten (10) years of relationship-building in claims/risk management or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentations; strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops and maintains internal and external relationships/partnerships.
• Builds relationships with prospects and clients.
• Develops and implements annual sales and service plans.
• Utilizes national resources for responses and pricing for RFPs and proposals.
