Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Building Products Pricing to own pricing strategy and execution for the Building Products segment.

You will lead centralized price book management, set KPIs, and drive margin performance across divisions, with responsibility for technology adoption and team development. You will manage a pricing organization, collaborate with Division SVPs, and influence enterprise pricing initiatives while maintaining ownership of the Building Products

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L or margin outcomes for a business unit.
• Experience leading a distributed field team, including managers who in turn lead coordinators or analysts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with pricing software and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead an operating rhythm that holds a business accountable for margin performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Building Products price book and centralized price book management across divisions.
• Set pricing KPIs and monitor gross margin, overrides, and cost-change pass-through; take corrective actions.
• Lead rollout of pricing tools and partner with enterprise pricing for reporting.
• Develop Pricing Managers and Coordinators as next-gen leaders; recruit and train the team.
• Collaborate with Division SVPs to translate pricing strategy into field execution.
