Job summary

SRS Distribution in McKinney, TX seeks a Vice President, Building Products Pricing to own pricing strategy and execution for the Building Products business. You will manage the price book, drive margin and pricing KPIs, and lead the field pricing organization across divisions.

This role leads the rollout of pricing technologies, collaborates with enterprise pricing, and builds a high-performing pricing team while owning the P&L outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L or margin outcomes for a business unit.
• Experience leading a distributed field team, including managers who in turn lead coordinators or analysts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with pricing software and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Building Products price book and lead centralized price book management across all divisions.
• Set and monitor pricing KPIs, including gross margin performance, override rate, percentage of sales at standard price, and cost change pass-through.
• Establish and lead a consistent operating rhythm to review product and customer margin performance with Division SVPs and Pricing Managers.
• Direct pricing toward the market clearing price for products and customer segments across the business.
