Job summary

SRS Distribution in McKinney, TX seeks a Vice President, Building Products Pricing to own pricing strategy and execution for the Building Products business, including price book, customer pricing and gross margin contributions. Lead field pricing and centralized price book management.

This role will roll out pricing technologies, define analytics needs, build an operating rhythm for margin reviews, and develop the pricing team.

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L or margin outcomes for a business unit.
• Experience leading a distributed field team with managers leading coordinators/analysts.
• Strong analytical and pricing tool proficiency.
• Ability to build an operating rhythm for margin performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Building Products price book and centralized pricing across divisions.
• Set pricing KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead the operating rhythm for margin reviews with senior leaders.
• Direct pricing toward market-clearing levels and customer segments.
• Roll out pricing tools and train Price Coordinators and Analysts.
• Recruit, develop, and retain pricing talent and leaders.
