Job summary

SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking a Vice President, Building Products Pricing to own pricing strategy, price book management, and the P&L for the Building Products segment. You will lead field pricing across divisions, drive adoption of pricing tools, and set performance KPIs.

The role requires a track record of leading pricing teams, strong analytical skills, and experience owning margin outcomes in a distributed organization. Hybrid work environment offered.

Qualifications

Own P&L or margin outcomes for a business unit.
Lead a distributed field team including managers who lead coordinators/analysts.
Strong analytical skills with pricing software and analytics tools.
Establish operating rhythm to review margin performance.

Responsibilities

Own Building Products price book and centralized price book management.
Set pricing KPIs and monitor gross margin and related metrics.
Lead rollout of pricing tools and analytics needs with enterprise teams.
Develop Pricing Managers and Coordinators as future leaders.
