Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Vice President of BSA/AML Operations – Cases to lead the Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) case investigations, ensuring compliance with BSA/AML regulations and OCC expectations.

Remote role with a hybrid, remote-office culture and several onsite locations nationwide. You will oversee investigations, documentation, and SAR/CTR processes, while aligning with the FCC program and strategic risk initiatives.

Qualifications

• Oversight of SAM case investigations and escalations.
• Collaboration with FCC, Compliance, Technology, Data Analytics and Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAM case investigations and dispositions in line with Pathward policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and report KRIs and KPIs for Board oversight and management committees.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the BSA/AML program and governance.
