Ontra is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead a global, data-driven marketing organization in a remote-first environment. You will unite demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under one plan and align with the GTM team.

The role requires 12+ years in B2B marketing, 5+ years leading large multi-disciplinary teams across NAMER and EMEA, and experience with enterprise buyers in regulated industries.

Qualificações

• 12+ years in B2B marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams of a comparable size.
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Experience in legal tech, private equity, or private markets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global marketing organization by uniting demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a single data-driven plan.
• Own the growth number by setting annual marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets and defining supporting funnel metrics.
• Design and run a segmented demand engine across NAMER and EMEA with ABM, lifecycle marketing, and hosted events.
• Define Ontra's story through positioning, messaging, and content strategy to strengthen the brand as a leader in AI-native services for private markets.
• Align with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Operations to optimize down-funnel performance from MQL to close.
