Ontra is seeking a VP of Marketing to oversee a global, remote-first marketing organization. You will unify demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a single data-driven plan.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams of a similar size
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers
• Experience in legal tech, private equity, or private markets is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a global marketing function driving rapid, profitable growth
• Unite demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications
• Set annual targets for pipeline and revenue; define funnel metrics and OKRs
• Design and run a segmented demand generation strategy across NAMER and EMEA
• Align with Sales, CX, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops to optimize down-funnel performance
