Ontra, a leader in AI-powered private markets solutions, seeks a VP of Marketing to build and lead a global marketing organization in a remote-first environment. You will unite demand gen, product marketing, content, brand, events, and comms under a data-driven plan to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

With 12+ years in B2B marketing and a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, you will shape Ontra's story across NAMER and EMEA, working with Sales, CX, Product, and GTM Ops to optimize

Qualifications

12+ years in B2B marketing with multi-functional teams.
Experience leading large teams and driving pipeline and revenue.
Background in legal tech, private equity, or private markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a 12-person marketing team across sub-functions and develop top talent.
Own growth targets and funnel metrics with dashboards and OKRs.
Build a global demand engine across NAMER and EMEA with ABM.
Define messaging and content strategy to strengthen brand.
Align with Sales, Product, Partnerships for down-funnel optimization.
Drive full-funnel marketing including brand, demand, and product marketing.
