Ontra is seeking a VP of Marketing to oversee a global marketing function and drive rapid, profitable growth. You will unite demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a data-driven operating plan.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in B2B marketing, 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams, and 3+ years marketing services to enterprise buyers, with experience in legal tech or private markets.

Competenze

• 12+ years in B2B marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams of a comparable size.
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Experience in legal tech, private equity, or private markets is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee a global marketing team of ~12 across functions.
• Set annual targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Define demand-gen, lifecycle marketing, and ABM strategies to drive growth.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and content strategy for Ontra’s AI-native services.
• Align Go-To-Market with Sales, CX, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops.
