Job summary

Ontra, a leader in AI-powered private markets solutions, seeks a VP of Marketing to build and scale a global marketing organization. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and unites demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a data-driven plan.

You will lead a team of 12, set annual pipeline and revenue targets, and design a segmented demand engine for NAMER and EMEA.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers
• Industry depth in legal tech, private equity, or private markets
• Full-funnel leadership across brand, demand, product, content and communications

Responsibilities

• Lead a global маркетing function and a team of 12 marketers
• Set annual targets for pipeline and revenue with OKRs
• Design a segmented demand generation strategy across NAMER and EMEA
• Lead positioning, messaging, and content strategy
• Align with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
