Job summary

Global Credit Union seeks a Vice President, Branch Administration to lead retail banking strategy and performance across an assigned market. You will drive membership growth, deepen member relationships, and oversee branch staffing, systems, and service delivery.

You will partner with executive leadership and community stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, deliver exceptional financial services, and mentor regional and branch leaders to build a high-performance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• Six years’ management experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational, management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail banking strategy and performance for an assigned market or region.
• Drive growth in memberships, deposits, loans and services across branches.
• Provide leadership and development for branch and retail leaders; foster accountability and member advocacy.
• Represent Global Credit Union in the community; build relationships with local organizations and chambers.
