Job summary

Sierra Central Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President to plan, direct and oversee branch business development and staff performance. You will lead efforts to attract new members, maintain relationships, and ensure adherence to the Sales Audit Program, while driving production and service quality across branches.

You will manage lending, deposits, and member services, and coordinate community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive branch sales and service initiatives.
• Familiarity with banking laws and Sierra Central procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct branch sales and information campaigns to inform members about products.
• Ensure branch meets production goals and promotes Sierra Central products.
• Sponsor events with SEG management to attract new members.
• Make sales calls to small businesses and merchants to generate new business.
• Develop and operate an effective telemarketing program.
• Supervise branch staff and complete annual performance reviews.
