Job summary

Community First Credit Union seeks an Regional AVP of Branch Operations to lead multiple branches, drive service quality, growth, and member satisfaction. You will coach Branch Managers, enforce policies, and oversee performance to ensure consistent results across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; education/experience accepted.
• 8+ years of financial services experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• NMLS license desired or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, lending, investments, and insurance.
• Proven ability to hire, lead, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance and growth. Guide Branch Managers to meet service and growth goals.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, training, performance appraisal and coaching.
• Maximize performance through coaching, accountability, and career development.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and regulatory requirements are met.
• Drive collaboration on projects with other Regional AVPs to improve efficiency.
• Resolve escalated member issues and review branch performance reports.
• Champion community presence through welcoming branches and community involvement.
