Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail banking experience, including branch leadership.
• Experience with ITMs, digital banking platforms, or technology transformation is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading process improvement or change-management initiatives.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations, regulatory documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach staff and lead cross-functional projects from pilot to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship branch management, overseeing client experience, sales, service quality, and daily operations.
• Oversee ITM lobby and drive-up operations, ensuring staffing and seamless client interactions.
• Greet clients, coach through self-service tech, and manage new account openings and requests.
• Own compliance, audit readiness, cash management, and adherence to banking regulations.
• Manage branch scheduling and staffing coverage for lobby and ITM zones.
• Lead enterprise ITM fleet strategy and collaborate on uptime, maintenance, and updates.
