Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking an accomplished VP of Business-to-Business for a remote role based near a hub airport. Lead national B2B strategy, sales execution, and operations to drive profitable growth with Verizon Business and partners.

You will build and scale a high-performing leadership team, translate market trends into action, and ensure disciplined execution across small business, enterprise, and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in B2B sales, telecom or retail
• Experience scaling large, geographically dispersed sales teams
• Strong financial, operational and strategic-planning skills
• Proven executive coaching and talent-development abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience using BI and AI tools for strategic decisions
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Victra's B2B strategy across markets and segments
• Lead a high-performing, nationwide B2B sales organization
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to design scalable programs and processes
• Advance Verizon Business solutions portfolio and multi-channel growth
• Provide regular updates on status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership
