The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in digital analytics, strong leadership, and expertise in modeling, forecasting, and data management. Expect a data-driven environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in digital analytics with impact on business results.
• Experience in Modeling, Forecasting, and Data Management.
• Specialties include data science, big data, data-driven decisions, online services analytics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee analytics deliverables and lead the analytics team.
• Scope new and existing client work to ensure profitability and utilization.
• Lead client contact for analytics and BI with clear POVs and data-driven recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and align with clients' goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand analytics scope for the team and agency.
• Analyze complex systems to drive insights and optimize marketing investments.
• Develop measurement, forecasting, and multi-channel attribution across media.
• Mentor and develop a world-class data science team.
