Job summary

VaynerMedia, a leading global creative and media agency, is seeking a Senior Associate on the Analytics team to drive data-driven insights for client campaigns. You will analyze diverse datasets, build compelling narratives, and deliver actionable recommendations that inform media strategies and business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with client teams, craft dashboards and presentations, and own analytics projects from start to finish in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Market Mix Models.
• Experience in media buying platforms.
• Ability to translate analytics into client-ready stories.

Responsibilities

• Structure and develop complex data analytics projects based on client objectives; write queries and build structured outputs.
• Organize data into storylines and create slides and data visualizations to communicate insights.
• Manage analytics projects from start to finish and communicate status to stakeholders.
