Job summary

Net Conversion LLC, a data-obsessed marketing and analytics agency in Orlando, seeks a Vice President of Analytics to lead advanced analytics and media analytics, translating data into actionable growth strategies.

The role requires strong leadership to mentor analysts, partner with senior leaders, and drive data-driven decision making across TV, streaming, display, social, and search. Hybrid work in Orlando or Charlotte preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
12+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience in the media industry with OTT, streaming, display, social, and search; offline channels a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the analytics team.
Media Analytics: Oversee linear TV, OTT, DRTV, CTV, streaming audio, display, social, and search analytics.
Web Analytics & Implementation: Direct web analytics strategy and client implementation support.
Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Oversee MMM outputs and marketing testing designs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Media Investment and Brand leadership.
