Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a Vice President, Americas Solutions Engineering to lead and scale the regional presales organization. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to translate our platform vision—Any User, Any Experience, One Platform—into measurable customer outcomes and security improvements.

You will shape the SE organization, drive strategic initiatives, and engage with executives to advance digital trust in an AI-driven world.

Qualifications

Experience leading distributed technical sales or solutions engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in cybersecurity, IAM, cloud architecture, API security, or related technologies.
Proven track record partnering with Sales to drive revenue and navigate enterprise buying cycles.
Executive communication skills translating complex tech concepts for C-suite audiences.
Commitment to building diverse, inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale the Americas Solutions Engineering team across enterprise, commercial, and strategic accounts.
Define regional SE strategy, resource allocation, and rhythms to support pipeline growth and win rates.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to turn vision into measurable customer outcomes.
Establish repeatable technical sales plays for AI governance, Verified Trust, IAM, and fraud prevention.
Engage CISOs and CIOs as trusted advisors on digital transformation and AI security.
