Job summary

Syner-G seeks a Sr. Director/Vice President, Artificial Intelligence to lead enterprise AI strategy, build scalable roadmaps, and drive adoption across business units.

You will partner with Technology, Operations, Product, and leadership to identify high-value use cases, deliver AI solutions, and ensure responsible AI practices with strong governance. You will oversee model design, deployment, MLOps, and cross-functional execution, shaping the organization’s transformation through data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field is required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy and roadmap for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and drive ROI.
• Lead scalable AI model development and deployment across business units.
• Establish responsible AI, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Tech teams to implement AI solutions.
