Job summary

Recom is seeking a VP Commerce Strategy and Value Engineering to lead strategic engagements with brand partners, align marketplace opportunities with credible economic proposals, and collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Operations and Finance. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will guide cross-functional teams to deliver growth-focused solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years in ecommerce strategy, solutions consulting, value engineering or comparable advisory work.
Deep knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations and data interpretation.
Track record advising senior brand stakeholders and shaping growth strategies.
Strong executive presentation and cross-functional leadership with financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnostic discovery and marketplace assessments with prospective clients.
Analyze Amazon listings, storefronts, ads, operations and performance to find growth opportunities.
Design tailored solutions across commercial models and validate feasibility with delivery teams.
Build quantified business cases and profitability assumptions with Finance and Analytics.
Present recommendations and support proposals and executive buying decisions.
Establish repeatable diagnostic tools and proposal standards; feed insights into teams.
