Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and at least 8+ years in digital commerce.
• Proven track record leading ecommerce in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Experience with Amazon and other e-retail partners; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an end-to-end ecommerce strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee Amazon channel, pricing, promotions, and listings optimization.
• Develop Pure Player partnerships and drive multi-channel growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, supply chain, and IT.
