Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Lead Technology Admin Office professional at the Vice President level to shape AI transformation portfolios, guide optimization opportunities, and connect strategy to execution within Process Optimization’s AI Application and Client Coverage function.

You will partner with divisional leadership to drive multi-year transformation, building ROI frameworks and governance to deliver measurable business impact through AI and process optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business transformation, program management, operational excellence, strategy, business management or business partner roles.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across organizational boundaries.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional AI initiatives or large-scale transformation efforts.
• Experience managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives and delivering results through influence in complex matrixed organizations.
