Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Lead for the AI Challenge Lab, reporting to the Executive Business Sponsor, to drive the delivery, scaling, and adoption of the firm’s flagship AI program.

You will partner with sponsors, Technology, mentors, participants, and senior stakeholders to identify, develop, and advance AI solutions from concept through implementation, ensuring high-quality experiences and measurable outcomes for sponsors and participants.

Aufgaben

• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: primary contact for senior stakeholders across the program lifecycle and oversee accountability.
• Use Case Selection & Delivery: assist intake, evaluate readiness, refine problem statements, and maintain a strong pipeline of use cases.
• AI Strategy & Adoption: identify/high-impact opportunities and explain AI capabilities and limitations to sponsors.
• Program Operations & Execution: manage communications, onboarding, scheduling, participant engagement, and logistics.
• Governance & Impact Tracking: monitor progress, report to sponsors, track adoption metrics and outcomes, and improve playbooks and governance.
