Qualifications

7+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, program management, operational excellence, strategy, business management or business partner, or related roles.
Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across organizational boundaries.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional AI initiatives, automation programs, innovation portfolios or large-scale transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

Shape AI transformation portfolios and optimize processes across divisions.
