Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Lead for the AI Challenge Lab in New York. This role reports to the Executive Business Sponsor and drives delivery, scaling, and adoption of the AI innovation program across the firm.

You will combine program management, AI fluency, and strong stakeholder engagement to accelerate AI adoption, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver measurable business value for sponsors and participants.

Responsibilities

• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Use Case Selection & Delivery: refine problem statements, assess value and feasibility, maintain a robust pipeline.
• AI Strategy & Adoption: identify opportunities, scale successful use cases, partner with AI ambassadors.
• Program Operations & Execution: manage logistics, timelines, onboarding, and risk management to ensure quality outcomes.
