Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President, AI Security and Data Protection Governance and Controls to establish the enterprise governance framework for secure and resilient AI and data protection capabilities.

You will translate strategy into policies, standards, controls, risk decisions, and remediation programs while partnering across Security, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and the business to embed security-by-design and adaptable technology standards across enterprise

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, AI security, data protection, governance, risk, and controls.
• Experience shaping enterprise security policies, standards, and governance across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee enterprise governance for AI security and data protection across platforms and vendors.
• Define risk-based criteria and minimum control requirements with measurable remediation programs.
• Partner with Security Architecture, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement to embed security-by-design.
