Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, AI security, data protection, or governance.
• Experience developing enterprise security policies, standards, and controls.
• Ability to communicate with executive, audit, regulatory audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise governance framework, policies, standards, and accountability for AI security and data protection.
• Govern discovery, inventory, classification, and risk assessment of AI models and data assets.
• Define risk-based prioritization criteria using data sensitivity and business criticality.
• Design minimum control requirements, testing procedures, and remediation expectations.
• Oversee roadmap for transitioning to approved secure technologies and controls.
• Partner with Security Architecture to embed security-by-design and adaptable control requirements.
• Define due-diligence criteria for third-party products and cloud services.
• Serve as subject-matter authority for AI security and data protection governance with leaders and regulators.
• Establish dashboards and metrics for risk exposure, compliance, and remediation progress.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for governance and cross-functional execution.
