Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Vice President to lead AI security and data protection governance across the enterprise. You will translate strategy into policies, standards, and controls while embedding security-by-design across platforms and third-party services.

You will manage risk decisions, dashboards, and remediation programs, partnering with Security, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement to drive measurable improvements and compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity/AI security experience.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise governance for AI security and data protection.
• Govern discovery, risk assessment, and classification of AI models and data assets.
• Define risk-based criteria, controls, and remediation expectations across platforms.
• Lead development of an enterprise roadmap for secure tech implementations.
• Partner with architecture and engineering to embed security-by-design principles.
