This business-focused role partners with business, tech, data teams and external partners to identify and deliver AI-enabled solutions across underwriting, claims, and policy systems. Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance experience with knowledge of P&C and specialty insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; AI certificate, MBA, or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting underwriting, claims, policy, actuarial, operations, or finance.
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Develop business cases, success measures, and value-realization plans; monitor delivery.
