Job summary

One Alliance North America Insurance Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise AI & Transformation to lead the enterprise AI strategy from Sarasota, FL. The successful candidate partners with executive leadership to prioritize AI initiatives, oversee governance, manage vendor relationships, and translate AI investments into tangible value

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
5+ years leading technology, AI or digital transformation initiatives.
10+ years of leadership directing enterprise technology programs.
Experience building and implementing AI strategies incl. Generative AI.
Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year AI strategy and roadmap.
Advise leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and investments.
Partner with business leaders to deliver measurable AI value.
Oversee enterprise AI portfolio, prioritization and performance.
Lead adoption of generative AI, LLMs, and automation tools.
Establish AI governance, compliance, and risk controls.
