Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ seeks a Vice President Director, Technology - AI Orchestration to lead AI-driven transformation across Digitas and the broader agency. You’ll architect AI solutions, collaborate with Strategy, Data, Media, and Experience Design teams, and mentor staff while shaping the roadmap for an evolving AI platform.

You will balance bold ideation with practical execution, communicate complex concepts clearly, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role with significant digital/technology project experience.
• 5+ years consulting or working in a digital agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business or Technology related field preferred.
• Robust expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI with hands-on design, deployment, and optimization experience.
• Proven capability in system/business analysis and driving product development from ideation to launch.
• Proficient in modern AI platforms, tools, and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

• Be a key representative of the Digitas AI team to internal partners and stakeholders across the agency.
• Partner with internal teams and SMEs to deliver AI solutions for multiple disciplines (Strategy, Data, Media, Experience Design, PM, etc.).
• Drive end-to-end discovery, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered projects using our platform.
• Architect, prototype, and implement innovative AI solutions across diverse use cases.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to ideate and launch new agents and experiences.
• Define use cases, feature requirements, and acceptance criteria with platform teams.
• Define intake, planning, and delivery processes to scale and sustain impact.
• Build rollout, training, support, and maintenance processes and practices.
• Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
