Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution engineering or related roles delivering complex digital initiatives.
• 4+ years in a digital agency, professional services, or consulting environment.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear architectures and recommendations.
• Hands-on expertise designing, deploying, and optimizing generative AI solutions.
• Strong API and integration knowledge across platforms.
• Track record leading cross-functional agile teams and shipping production work.
• Executive communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Technical documentation skills including architecture diagrams and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into delivery approaches and co-lead concepting.
• Design end-to-end architectures with AI agents, integrations, data, and workflows.
• Guide agentic workflows using structured data and unstructured content.
• Define non-functional requirements like scalability, security, and reliability.
• Lead client sessions to understand objectives and define solution approaches.
• Document client tech stacks and translate findings into architecture options.
• Provide architecture governance across the SDLC and risk management.
• Stay current on generative AI and platform capabilities; drive improvements.
• Apply responsible AI principles including privacy and governance.
