Job summary

Digitas, a leading agency within the Publicis Groupe network, seeks a Vice President Group Director to accelerate adoption of a bespoke generative AI platform across internal teams and clients. You will translate complex business problems into scalable architectures, guiding teams through production-ready solutions with AI, APIs, data, and orchestration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution engineering and related roles.
• 4+ years in a digital agency, professional services, or consulting environment.
• Hands-on expertise designing and deploying generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Strong API and integration knowledge and ability to collaborate across platforms, infrastructure, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into delivery approaches; co‑lead concepting and production path.
• Design end-to-end architectures combining AI agents, integrations, data, and apps.
• Guide agentic workflows using structured data and unstructured content.
• Identify reusable patterns and convert into platform features and reference architectures.
• Define non-functional requirements: scalability, performance, security, maintainability.
• Assess marketing/workflows to identify opportunities in content ops, campaigns, analytics, personalization, and measurement.
• Lead client sessions to understand objectives and existing systems; define solution approaches.
• Document client stacks, data flows, and constraints; translate into architecture options.
• Collaborate to integrate with MarTech ecosystems (CDP/CRM, CMS, ad platforms, analytics).
• Conduct technology audits and vendor analyses; recommend build-vs-buy paths.
• Provide architecture governance across SDLC and risk management.
• Provide scoping inputs: assumptions, dependencies, risks, sequencing, staffing.
