Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a visionary leader to set the AI agent and skill development standards on the Marcel platform, auditing complex business processes and translating them into scalable workflows. You will build and lead a team, design vertical-specific platform solutions, and drive cross-functional, consulting-style projects to scale AI adoption across data, media, and marketing.

You will also influence roadmaps, shape commercial models, and enable internal teams to deliver impactful AI

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or a strategy-related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing and media agencies or adjacent organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex workflows and translating recommendations into scalable solutions.
• Deep experience with cloud environments and marketing technology.
• Creative problem solver with structured thinking and strong judgment.
• Executive presence with ability to influence across senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing teams in co-located and virtual environments.
