Digitas North America seeks a Vice President Director, Technology - AI Orchestration to drive AI transformation across the agency, building and maturing a bespoke AI platform and supporting internal teams with AI agents. Qualifications

• 9+ years in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role with digital/tech project experience.
• 5+ years consulting or in a digital agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a key representative of the Digitas AI team to internal partners and stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams and SMEs to deliver AI solutions for agency teams.
• Drive the end-to-end discovery, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered projects.
• Architect, prototype, and implement innovative solutions across diverse use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ideate, develop, and launch new agents and experiences.
• Define intake, planning, and delivery processes to scale and sustain impact.
