Job summary

Digitas seeks a Vice President Director, Technology - AI Orchestration to lead AI-driven transformations across marketing operations. You will own discovery, strategy, and delivery of generative AI-powered projects, work with strategy, data, media, and design teams, and mentor junior staff while shaping the agency's evolving AI platform and agent ecosystem.

You'll balance blue-sky ideation with practical implementation, present to executives, and ensure scalable, end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role, with significant digital/technology project experience.
• 5+ years consulting or working in a digital agency environment.
• Robust expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing solutions.
• Proven capability in system/business analysis and driving product development from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Be a key representative of the Digitas AI team to our internal partners and stakeholders throughout the agency.
• Partner with internal teams and SMEs to deliver AI solutions for agency teams such as Strategy, Data and Analysis, Media, Experience Design, Project Management, Social and our cross-capability client solution streams (Total Commerce, CRM, Creative Experience).
• Drive the end-to-end discovery, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered projects using our generative AI platform.
• Architect, prototype, and implement innovative solutions across diverse use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including designers, developers, and strategists to ideate, develop, and launch new agents and experiences.

Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business or Technology related field
