Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Vice President, Partner Solutions to define and deliver differentiated, partner‑fused AI solutions across Publicis platforms, agencies, and client engagements.

You will stay ahead of AI and cloud developments, develop forward‑looking POVs, and lead 3–5 strategic hero builds per year with measurable impact, collaborating with major technology partners to drive scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in enterprise AI platforms and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience with APIs, LLMs, orchestration layers, workflow automation, and data/identity pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data federation, identity resolution, content supply chains, and measurement frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into solution architectures and business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Co‑Innovation, Differentiated Value Propositions & Solution Architecture: Build differentiated joint propositions that combine partner technologies with Groupe data, identity, content, media, and Core AI capabilities and translate these into deployable agents and workflows.
• Build & Scale the Partner Ecosystem: Own ingestion, validation, and certification of partner agents within the partner marketplace, ensuring interoperability and adherence to the agent design framework.
• Market Awareness & Forward-Looking POV Development: Stay ahead of partner product releases, AI advancements, cloud platform roadmaps, and industry announcements; produce proactive POVs for clients.
• Partnership Acceleration & Roadmap Execution: Co-develop demonstrators, pilots, and scaled client solutions; align multi-partner roadmaps with Publicis Groupe’s Core AI North Star.
• Internal Evangelism & Enablement: Equip agencies and client teams with narratives, demos, and playbooks.
• Client‑Facing Strategy & Activation: Support C‑suite conversations on AI transformation and cross‑platform integration.
