JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Experience Design Associate to shape AI-driven, adaptive employee experiences for 320k+ staff. You will design end-to-end self-service journeys, map system behavior, and contribute to an agentic design system while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams.

The role emphasizes independent work at the Senior Associate level, strong craft in interaction and visuals, and a commitment to accessible, inclusive design across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role dedicated to digital products and services
• Experience creating visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making
• Experience using generative AI assistants and LLM-powered tools in the design process
• Knowledge of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive tech

Responsabilités

• Lead design and delivery of user experiences for features and end-to-end journeys
• Own response mapping across user inputs, edge cases, and handoffs between conversational and UI interactions
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for self-service experiences
• Maintain high visual and interaction craft across shipped products
• Iterate using feedback, research insights, and usability testing
• Collaborate with engineering using shared specs and prototyping to bridge design and implementation
• Contribute to an agentic design system with reusable components and patterns
• Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design into all work
• Use data and user feedback to refine design outcomes
• Present design decisions and rationale to teams and senior stakeholders
